How do I login?

If you're on an Android device, just use your Google login to sign in to Vebo Connect. For Apple devices, create a profile using your email address. 1. Launch the Vebo Connect App and select the Sign Up option. 2) If you're our existing customer, select the 'Existing Customer' checkbox and fill in the form. If you're a new customer, just fill in the form. Submit when you're done. 3) An email will be sent to you to validate your registration. Click on the yellow button in the email we send to you to confirm. 4) Launch Vebo Connect on your phone and login using the credentials provided.
I forgot my password. How do I reset it?

To reset your password: 1) Select the 'Forgot Password' option 2) Enter your email address and an email will be sent to you. 3) Click on the Reset Password link in the email to reset your password. 4) Enter your new password. 5) Login to Vebo Connect app again using your new password.
How do I make a booking?

1) Select the New Booking button 2) Select a car 3) Fill in the booking form and select the 'Make Booking' button. 4) That's it! Just wait for a confirmation from us for the slot availability. Confirmation will be provided via a notification to your phone.
How do I cancel my booking?

You can cancel your booking directly from the Vebo Connect app. Just go to 'My Bookings' and select the booking that you wish to cancel.
How do I reschedule my booking?

To reschedule a booking, just cancel the existing booking and schedule a new one.
How do I find your workshop?

Go to 'Company' and tap on the map icon to launch Waze or Google Maps. Waze and Google Maps will automatically route to Vebo Auto Service.
How do I check my service history?

To view your vehicle service history: 1) Select the 'Service History' option from the menu. 2) Select a service item to view its details.
How do I check my eReceipt?

1) After selecting a service details, select 'Show Receipt' to view the invoice.
How do I make a booking for a promotion that I'm interested in?

1) Select the promotion item on the main screen to view its details. 2) Select the 'Make Booking' button to make a booking.
How do I download Vebo Connect?

There are 2 ways to find the Vebo Connect App. 1) Scan the QR code on top of this page and you’ll be directed to the app download page. 2) Search for ‘Vebo Connect’ in your Apple App Store or Google Play.
Is Vebo Connect free?

Yes! Vebo Connect is 100% free and is provided for the convenience of our customers.
I’m not a Vebo customer. Can I still use Vebo Connect?

Yes! You can still use the Vebo Connect App to make a reservation and view our latest promotion. Your profile will automatically upgraded when you visit our workhop.
Why should I use the Vebo Connect App?

The Vebo Connect App is a free app built from ground up by Vebo Auto Service. This app allows our customers to easily make bookings with us, be reminded of their service, get updated on our latest promotions, view their service history and receive the eReceipt. But we're not done! The feature list will continue to grow. Check Google Play or Apple App Store for the latest updates.
I do not drive a BMW or Mini. Can I still use Vebo Connect?

Yes you can. Most app functionalities are also available for other car models. Our promotions are geared towards BMW & Mini.
How do I get technical support for Vebo Connect?
